The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fleet across Western Australia. In this dynamic role you’ll drive cost- effective strategies, manage budgets, and ensure smooth, compliant fleet operations.

Your strong leadership and initiative will be key in delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Manage fleet procurement, leasing, servicing and end-of-term processes
  • Oversee vehicle bookings, allocations and spare fleet availability
  • Conduct audits and ensure vehicles are compliant and well-maintained
  • Handle accident repairs and insurance claims
  • Monitor fuel usage, driver compliance and maintain licensing records
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and audit-ready documentation
  • Liaise with suppliers to optimise costs and service quality
  • Support budgeting, reporting and sustainability initiatives

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Problem solving with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Financial acumen to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage budgets effectively
  • Communication skills that allow you to influence positively across the organisation
  • Organization and attention to detail, particularly in compliance and documentation
  • Microsoft Office skills to maintain and analyse fleet data effectively
