Your Impact

As the Drafting Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a team of Draftspersons responsible for delivering high-quality documentation that supports the successful delivery of our homes. Combining technical expertise with people leadership, you'll drive performance, maintain quality standards and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

• Lead, coach and develop the Drafting team to achieve quality, productivity and service objectives.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of working drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage workflow, resource allocation and project priorities across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance documentation quality and team effectiveness.
• Monitor team performance, reporting outcomes and identifying development opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and internal stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with ABN Group's values.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in residential drafting, with strong ArchiCAD capability.
• Previous leadership experience, with a passion for developing and mentoring others.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and drafting documentation requirements.
• Ability to balance people leadership with technical excellence and project delivery.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Relevant drafting or design qualifications and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
