What You’ll Do

As a Customer Experience Team Manager – Warranty, you’ll lead and empower a team of Warranty Coordinators and Claims Assessors to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence across all warranty processes.

You’ll oversee workflow management, coach and develop your team, and act as the final escalation point for complex warranty queries. From driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the warranty experience for our customers.

This is a leadership role where you’ll inspire your team, champion customer-first thinking, and continuously improve efficiency in a high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warranty, claims management, or service operations
• Proven success leading teams in customer-focused environments
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced organisational and time-management abilities
• Continuous improvement mindset and data-driven approach
• Ability to manage escalated issues and deliver fair, timely outcomes
