As a Customer Experience Team Manager – Greenfields, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing team that supports our customers from sales through to site. You’ll ensure every interaction is delivered with speed, accuracy, and care—creating a seamless and memorable customer journey.

This role is all about people leadership, proactive behaviours, and operational excellence. You’ll drive team performance, manage workflow and workforce planning, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead and support a customer-first culture across the Greenfields CX team
  • Improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity through smart processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth customer journeys
  • Drive positive behaviours and team engagement
  • Assess, manage, and implement process improvements
  • Identify and lead training and capability uplift opportunities
  • Coach and support your team to grow and succeed
  • Champion strategic initiatives that enhance customer experience
