As the Customer Experience Team Manager – Construction, you’ll lead a high-performing team, shaping the customer journey during the home-building process. With a strong focus on operational excellence, process improvement, and team development, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience and deliver better outcomes.

In this key role, you’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and ensure seamless customer interactions.
