What’s on Offer?

Join our dynamic and fast-paced Greenfields team, which manages 65% of jobs in preconstruction. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in delivering the dream of home ownership for our customers from either Homebuyers Centre or Boutique Homes. You will be responsible for coordinating all elements of the preconstruction process, managing a portfolio of customers, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from sales acceptance through to the commencement of construction.

As part of the Greenfields team, you will collaborate closely with internal departments, sales consultants, and other stakeholders to proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction journey.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers from either Homebuyers Centre or Boutique Homes during the preconstruction phase.
  • Ensuring contracts are prepared and delivered within designated timelines.
  • Coordinating workflows from sales acceptance to construction.
  • Communicating regularly with customers and stakeholders to keep jobs moving smoothly.
  • Delivering on customer expectations by aligning timelines and project milestones.
  • Demonstrating resilience to tackle challenges with a positive attitude.
