The Role

Join our industry-leading Marketing team of 20 in Victoria and help shape the voice of two exciting brands. If you're a creative storyteller with a passion for social media, internal comms, and brand building—this could be your next big move.

This is the perfect opportunity if you’re looking to make your first move to an in-house role from agency.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage content calendars across internal and external channels
• Lead internal communications for ABN Group Victoria
• Bring brand stories to life in partnership with key stakeholders
• Own and grow our social media presence
• Draft media releases and work with PR agencies
• Monitor media and social sentiment via Meltwater
• Support with ad hoc copywriting and tone of voice consistency

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
• A love for content, brand, and storytelling
• Some experience in social media or content marketing (freelance, side hustle, or study counts!)
• Confidence to work with different teams and share your ideas
• A curious mind and a willingness to learn
• Bonus points if you’ve used Meltwater or similar tools
• Bonus if you’ve used Meltwater or similar tools—but not a dealbreaker
