Our services include the design, manufacture and installation of cabinetry and stone for both retail kitchen renovations and the new home kitchens we complete for our ABN Residential building companies. 

 
About the Role 

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing strategy and execution for The Maker Designer Kitchens. This is a brilliant opportunity to showcase your leadership and creative skills and make your mark as a marketing extraordinaire within a premium, luxury brand. 

This is a diverse and autonomous hands-on role that involves leading campaigns, managing budgets, maintaining the website, creating emails, writing engaging copy, scheduling social content, and filming and editing videos. You’ll have the creative freedom to shape and drive initiatives, taking full ownership of marketing projects from concept to execution. 

This is a part-time position (25–30 hours per week), based in Bassendean with some work-from-home flexibility. 

 
Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing activities to drive enquiry and sales in line with organisational objectives 

  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and achieve KPIs for ROI and lead conversion 

  • Develop innovative social media strategy and ideas, lead content creation and scheduling 

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve marketing activities continually 

  • Build TMDK’s brand and position us WA’s leading kitchen designer and manufacturer 

  • Monitor TMDK brand messaging across the ABN Group to ensure consistency of messaging 

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources 

  • Manage, mentor and guide agency staff to align with brand and sales objectives 

  • Develop strong relationships with ABN Group brands, suppliers, agencies and stakeholders 

  • Oversee alliance marketing with sales, product and suppliers to align business objectives 

  • Manage customer journeys and UX across digital platforms (website, social media, paid media) to drive engagement and lead generation 

  • Support the retail design team with brand knowledge and marketing to deliver kitchen renovation KPIs 

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • Relevant qualifications in marketing and 3 -5 years experience in a similar role 

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of marketing and advertising, and generating enquiries to deliver on sales targets. 

  • Strong experience in digital marketing – specifically social media, SEM, SEO, Meta advertising & email marketing strategy and automation. 

  • Experience maintaining websites, using CRM and email marketing systems, Google Analytics & Meta 

  • Strong skills using design and editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut & Later  

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies 

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills and a high attention to detail 

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
