What’s On Offer

We’re currently seeking a Draftsperson to join our Greenfields Drafting team on an initial 12-month contract. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in translating home designs into technical drawings and documentation, contributing to the successful delivery of new homes in Greenfields areas.

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure in a dynamic team, with the potential for extension or permanency based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do

• Interpret and analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using Archicad software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll have proven experience in architectural drafting, ideally within a volume building environment, along with:

• A Diploma or Certificate IV in Drafting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Archicad or other relevant 3D CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of NCC, ResCode, and relevant industry standards.
