The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team, reporting to the Estimating & Scheduling Manager. You’ll play a vital role in quantifying all materials and labour needed to build each home, across a variety of projects including single-storey and multi-unit developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately quantify and order materials and labour for various build types
• Collaborate with Site Managers and suppliers to resolve queries
• Manage variations and verify “Extra to Order” invoices
• Proof and check all scheduling work for accuracy
• Raise purchase orders and distribute to relevant parties
• Interpret contract documents, plans, and applicable legislation and standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential construction scheduling or related field 
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong understanding of construction methods
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Initiative, enthusiasm to learn, and a helpful, team-oriented attitude
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Consistently meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
