You'll partner across Finance and the wider business to deliver commercial outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is approachable, commercially minded and willing to stay close to the detail.
What success looks like

- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights, support decision-making and improve business performance.
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls and ways of working.
- Support cash flow forecasting, statutory reporting, external audits and broader financial governance activities.
About You
You are an experienced finance leader who builds trust through influence, relationships and accountability. You combine strong technical accounting capability with proven people leadership, and are comfortable working where priorities shift, processes are evolving and judgement matters.
You'll bring:
- CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Experience leading finance teams in a multi entity or complex environment
- Strong financial accounting and reporting capability
- Proven ability to operate across both strategic and operational priorities
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision making
- The ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Why ABN Group?
This is a high-impact role where you can influence outcomes, lead a capable team and contribute to the ongoing development of Finance capability across the business. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, complex business structures and a finance function investing in its future.
In addition, we offer flexibility, career development and a collaborative culture that values continuous improvement.
