What You'll Do
As a Customer Experience Coordinator - Preconstruction, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout the preconstruction stage of their building journey, from sign-up through to Ready to Start (RTS). You'll play an essential role in creating a positive customer experience by providing proactive communication, building trust, and ensuring jobs progress smoothly through every milestone.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the customer experience throughout the preconstruction journey from sign-up to Ready to Start (RTS)
- Providing regular customer updates, responding to enquiries, and building strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication
- Coordinating key preconstruction milestones including contracts, selections appointments, finance approvals, settlement, permits, service connections and variations
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across Sales, Drafting, Estimating, Workflow, Approvals and Operations to resolve issues and maintain job momentum
- Maintaining accurate customer records, documentation and file notes to support transparency, compliance and reporting requirements
- Monitoring progress against timelines and proactively identifying and escalating risks, delays or customer concerns
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer feedback and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer journey

- Confidence working across multiple systems and maintaining accurate records

Experience within residential construction or building-related industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
