As Building Administration Manager, you will lead a high performing team at the centre of our construction operations. Supporting our Site Managers and broader construction teams, you will be central to delivering our customers their new home, ensuring the right processes, reporting and support are in place to keep everything moving efficiently.

Leading a team of approximately 10 across Building Administration and Construction Assistance, this is a highly visible role where you will partner with stakeholders from Site Managers through to Construction Managers, while driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting and ways of working.

 
 
What You'll Do
 
You will lead, mentor and develop the Building Administration and Construction Assistant teams, building capability, accountability and engagement across the function. Working closely with stakeholders across Construction, Scheduling and Finance, you will ensure the right support, insights and processes are in place to enable strong operational performance.
 
In this role you will:
  • Lead a team of 10, building capability, engagement and accountability
  • Partner with Site and Construction Managers to support delivery and resolve challenges
  • Drive reporting, forecasting and workforce planning to support performance
  • Use data and insights to identify trends and improve operational outcomes
  • Oversee key administration and support processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and timeliness

  • Strong operations capability, including reporting, analysis and insight driven improvement

  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in construction or a similar environment is beneficial
