About Us
For over 45 years, ABN Group has helped more than 100,000 Australians achieve home ownership. As part of the ABN Group, Boeing Plumbing is one of WA's largest domestic plumbing providers, delivering quality plumbing services to leading residential builders and their customers for over 30 years.
About the Role
We are seeking a Plumber to join the Boeing Plumbing team on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working closely with the Construction Team, you will carry out water services, sanitary plumbing and final fit-off works while identifying and resolving issues before handover of ABNs new homes built.
While the role is heavily focused on construction quality and handover readiness, you will also assist with warranty maintenance work and customer service requests where required. This includes diagnosing plumbing issues, carrying out repairs, and investigating drainage concerns using CCTV inspection equipment.
About You
We're looking for qualified Plumbers who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a supportive team. Previous residential plumbing experience is highly regarded, but we're open to developing the right person and will provide training where required. To be successful, you'll hold a current tradesman licence as a plumberĀ and a valid driver's licence.
You'll also bring:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- A customer-focused approach and a commitment to delivering quality service
- A willingness to learn, develop and continuously improve your skills
- Good communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, reliable and can-do attitude
- Gas licence (desirable but not essential)
In return, you'll be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, iPad and mobile phone, along with ongoing support from both our field and office-based teams. You'll join a business with clear values, strong leadership and a collaborative culture where you'll have the tools and support to succeed.
