What’s on Offer

As a Customer Experience Associate, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer journey. Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Manager, you’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Hub—a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork and communication are key.

You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to manage customer communications, support Site Managers, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience throughout their building journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver premium customer service across multiple channels
  • Support customers through key milestone stages
  • Collaborate with Site Managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Communicate with stakeholders to proactively progress jobs
  • Manage workflow systems and maintain accurate documentation
  • Meet KPIs and contribute to team success

 

What You’ll Bring

You’re a customer service professional with a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed. Ideally, you come from a retail Assistant Management or similar background, with leadership experience and a proactive mindset.

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confidence in handling objections and solving problems
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • A collaborative approach and team-first attitude
  • Experience in customer service (retail, contact centre, or residential building experience is a bonus)
