The Role

Working across Finance departments, an opportunity for an enthusiastic, team orientated individual to work on finance admin tasks across Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract working full time hours. 

Key activities include:

  • Mailbox management including actioning and responding to queries
  • Data entry and support data cleansing
  • Process transactions, issue receipts and raise invoices
  • Prepare general ledger extracts and create reports
  • Support Finance project deliverables and change management initiatives
  • Provide positive customer service across multiple stakeholders

We are seeking recent Finance graduates or individual with some experience across Finance and Accounting tasks looking to grow their skills and experience. Some of the skills we are looking for are proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (in particular Excel) and experience with data entry.

Working on a variety of Finance tasks can be busy at times, so your organisational, time management and attention to detail need to be strong to ensure tasks are completed. Teamwork will be crucial in this role, so your ability to communicate effectively with others and provide support to others will see you succeed.
