The Role
Reporting to the General Manager – Retail, you’ll align land opportunities with business strategy, lead innovation initiatives, and ensuring our ABN Wholesale business continues to be a partner of choice in the market.
- Manage relationships with land developers to identify partnership opportunities aligned with builder needs
- Shape land strategy and geographic market planning across Group brands including Homebuyers Centre, Celebration Homes, Dale Alcock Homes, and others
- Influence lot typologies, estate planning, and housing product development in response to market conditions
- Oversee the WA display home portfolio, including site selection, acquisition negotiations, and delivery timelines
- Lead ABN Wholesale to ensure sales targets are achieved and builder partners receive efficient, low-touch service
- Partner with industry stakeholders on innovation projects that explore future-focused technologies and designs
- Support onboarding and process alignment for Channel Partners to ensure consistent and efficient collaboration
You
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a strong commercial mindset, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for building strategic partnerships. You’re proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Experience in residential construction, land development, or property-related industries
- Proven leadership experience, supporting individual team members development and fostering a high-performance culture
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Confident using data and market insights to guide decision-making and identify trends
- Highly organised with strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Self-motivated and solutions-focused, with a positive, can-do attitude
- High emotional intelligence, authenticity, and professionalism in all interactions
