Are you ready to take on a critical role in managing enterprise-scale networks? We’re looking for a Network Engineer to join our Technology Services team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and optimising complex infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments, with a strong focus on security and reliability.

This position can be based in our Melbourne or Perth office.

What You Will Be Working On

As a Network Engineer, you’ll take ownership of the stability and performance of our enterprise network, ensuring it is secure, reliable and future-ready.

• Configure and support Cisco and Meraki devices across the LAN/WAN environment 
• Maintain connectivity between on-premise systems and Azure cloud services
• Implement security controls including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN gateways
• Monitor and analyse performance, resolving issues and preventing recurrence
• Keep network documentation and topology records accurate and up to date

Who Will Be Successful

You'll succeed in this role by applying your technical expertise with confidence while working collaboratively across teams and with external partners.

• Strong background in routing, switching and cloud networking technologies
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Meraki and Azure environments with exposure to working with SDWAN technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or CCNP
• ITIL certifications would be an advantage
