What's on offer? 

Our Associate Project Manager plays a pivotal role in the pre-construction phase of Dual Occupancy Homes. You will manage a small portfolio of Dual Occupancy projects, as well as support the Project Managers in delivering projects to site. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to start building a career in Customer Project Management or Dual Occupancy.

The role involves: 

  • Managing a small portfolio of Dual Occupancy projects in the pre-construction phase.
  • Supporting the Project Management team through the ordering and facilitation of relevant approvals required.
  • Completing administration tasks where required in delivering the projects to site.
  • Excellent customer communication, and delivering a first class customer journey.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes.
  • Being part of a reputable brand; Boutique Homes.

What can you bring?  

Our ideal candidate will have a true passion for administration, organisation and customer experience coupled with excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving skills to consistently deliver excellence.

  • Previous building industry experience desired.
  • Customer project management experience in construction desired.
