Your Impact
As an Approvals Administrator, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers' homes moving through the preconstruction process. Working closely with councils, developers, surveyors and internal teams, you'll coordinate approvals, manage documentation and help ensure projects progress smoothly and on time.
- Prepare and submit applications to councils, developers, water authorities and building surveyors.
- Review plans and documentation to ensure submissions are accurate and complete.
- Manage approval queries, requests and documentation updates.
- Monitor applications and proactively follow up to keep approvals on track.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and support a smooth approvals process.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in residential construction, approvals, administration or a similar coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Confidence working with documentation, processes and compliance requirements.
- A positive attitude and strong sense of ownership.
