The Role

An opportunity has become available to work within a dynamic and collaborative Land and Wholesale team to support our consultants with the house and land packaging and flow of jobs through the sales process.  You will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders progressing jobs right through from package request to maintenance stages, along with a multitude of external partners and contractors.

Other key duties include:

  • Source land documentation from developers (engineering, title timeframes) 
  • Packaging and coordination of all turnkey packages for ABNW sales team
  • Ensure all packages meet building codes, energy efficiency and developer/local authority guidelines 
  • Approve and qualify all new deals by signing off sales checklist and marking jobs as won
  • Champion the development and implementation of minimum administration standards to ensure desired customer sales experience
  • Coordinate the handover of sales files to Operations to process through to Site Start
  • Track and regularly provide updates for external partners on deal progress
  • Manage CRM system effectively and provide accurate and efficient reporting for L&W manager and external partners
  • Attend and actively participate in deal tracking meetings, preconstruction meetings and external partner meetings

We are looking for a positive individual who possesses exceptional stakeholder management and can work in a fast-paced environment in an autonomous capacity. As a Sales Administrator you will need to have strong administration skills with a high attention to detail.

As this role is fast paced you will possess exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to be resilient and manage well under pressure.

Experience in the building industry would be advantageous; however, this is not essential.
