What You Will Be Working On

As our Business Development Coordinator, you’ll provide crucial support to the Business Development Manager while having your own significant impact on our growth strategy.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited too;

  • Orchestrate complete tender processes from initial opportunity identification through to submission
  • Create and analyse insightful weekly prospect reports
  • Maintain and optimise our CRM system
  • Coordinate critical internal project meetings including kick-offs, estimating reviews and wrap ups
  • Develop compelling content that aligns with our marketing strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Support the seamless transition from sales to project delivery, ensuring client expectations are consistently met

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
