The Role

This role will support the State Manager by coaching franchisees and brokers in business planning, identifying gaps and addressing training needs to drive growth and success. This role also involves helping employee brokers transition to franchise ownership, ensuring they meet their business goals within set targets and timelines.

Other key responsibilities include but are not limited too:

  • Coach franchisees and support business planning to drive loan settlements and productivity
  • Assist State Managers with recruitment, onboarding and identifying new opportunities
  • Oversee the ABN Builder partnership to ensure mutual benefits and maintain positive relationships
  • Foster a collaborative culture through open forums and social activities
  • Develop visitation and call programs to support franchisees’ growth, performance and opportunities
  • Help new franchisees meet productivity targets and achieve business objectives
  • Provide coaching and planning support for employee brokers during their transition to franchise ownership
  • Support brokers with credit queries, lender partner relations and effective use of Resolve systems

About You

You are an engaging communicator with strong sales experience, a natural mentor and the ability to connect with people at all levels. You bring a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive performance through coaching and influence.

Other skills and attributes that will make you successful:

  • Proven sales success and experience with sales teams
  • Strong coaching, mentoring and influencing skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team culture
  • Performance management experience
  • Credit experience in mortgage broking or finance industry desirable
  • Tertiary or life skills in lieu of formal qualifications
