What’s on Offer?

Join our dynamic Digital Greenfields team, where you’ll play a crucial role in converting digital leads into home sales, helping our customers achieve their dream of home ownership. You’ll be provided with leads from our robust marketing strategies and will be responsible for following up on inquiries to secure new home sales contracts. This role offers flexible shifts, a strong work-life balance, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Following up on client inquiries from the website, REA, and phone calls, managing a high volume of contacts efficiently
  • Managing digital leads for Greenfield projects, with a focus on timely and effective customer engagement
  • Producing home and land packages tailored to customer needs
  • Effectively managing customer relations throughout the entire sales process, including site plans and project management
  • Collaborating with finance teams, particularly Resolve Finance brokers, to ensure smooth transactions
