The Role

Support the design and transition of technology services, ensuring efficiency, quality, and ensure there is no duplication. Help projects meet change and release requirements while championing continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction across ABN’s tech landscape.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited too:

  • Assess existing services to identify reuse and improvement opportunities
  • Develop service design documents with cross-functional teams
  • Create high level and detailed service blueprints
  • Run workshops and co-design sessions with stakeholders
  • Track service performance and user satisfaction
  • Recommend and support service enhancements
  • Assist in prototyping and testing new service ideas
  • Collaborate with tech teams to implement improvements

You’re a thoughtful and proactive team player who’s passionate about improving services through data, creativity, and collaboration. With a user first mindset, you’re always looking for ways to solve problems and enhance experiences. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a mix of analytical and interpersonal skills to the table.

You’ll bring:

  • ITIL 4 foundations
  • Experience in service management role
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Basic user research and project management knowledge
  • Attention to detail in research and analysis
  • Creativity and empathy to improve user experiences
  • Familiarity with design and analytical tools
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies
