The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring our Master Plans documentation is accurate, efficient, and always evolving. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality working drawings for our home designs, maintain and refine existing master plans, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement and innovation of our group’s technical drawing capabilities.  

Other key responsibilities include but not limited too:

• Generating master documentation for our group’s home designs
• Ensure quality and accuracy through the process
• Innovation in how we document our master documentation
• Apply construction insights to improve plans and processes
• Contribute to reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support team goals by sharing expertise and driving efficiency

You

You’re an experienced and detail-focused draftsperson who brings a strong understanding of construction and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset. You’re committed to delivering quality outcomes and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Other skills and attributes which will make you successful:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in drafting or design
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Design experience (desirable but not essential)
