The Role

We are seeking a diligent Estimator to join the team, reporting to our Estimator Team Leader. This role will be instrumental in ensuring all costing aspects of the business are completed with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Other roles and responsibilities are included but not limited too:

• Preparing precise quotations and costings with exceptional accuracy
• Processing preliminary works contracts and packaged product pricing
• Reviewing site-related costs and ensuring robust financial margins
• Collaborating across sales, contracts, and management teams
• Contributing to pricing strategies and process improvements
• Supporting team efficiency through technical training and knowledge sharing

Other skills and attributes which will make you successful:

• Strong experience in two storey double brick construction
• Understanding of construction methods
• Exceptional ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Exceptional communication skills and a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Capability to work efficiently under tight time constraints
• Advanced MS excel and MS Word skills
