The Opportunity

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Designer/Draftsperson to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in preparing accurate and timely drawings that support both our sales team and construction process, ensuring compliance with building standards and delivering top-quality outcomes for our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Create sales sketches and contract drawings to a high standard
• Provide cost-effective, innovative design and elevation options
• Support Site Managers with construction issues and sales team with technical queries
• Manage building and septic permit submissions
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, solar passive, and company requirements
• Build strong relationships with internal teams across the ABN Group
• Align your work with our company vision and strategy

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Drafting/Design
• Experience in a Drafting/Design or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and solar passive design principles
• Proficient in ArchiCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
• Passion for the building industry and attention to detail
