What’s on Offer?

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you’ll be a vital part of our Finance team, for managing the complete accounts receivable cycle while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively following up invoices and progress claims for payment, ensuring payment is received by due date
  • Frequently communicating with customers to resolve queries & account issues in a timely manner
  • Processing daily bank statements, allocating receipts/payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Completing banking and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and reports
  • Assisting the Accounts team with general accounting & administrative duties
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to our internal and external stakeholders
  • Reviewing contract documentation for accuracy on final account

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role (experience in construction or a related field is a bonus).
  • Experience in delivering quality customer service, using initiative to manage difficult situations, and responding promptly and professionally to stakeholder needs.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, able to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
  • Capable of developing and improving accounts receivable processes.
