What's on offer?

You will support the sales team by providing detailed site analysis to ensure we are delivering accurate information to our customers. 

Your role will involve assessing the proposed design, title restrictions, neighbouring properties, council requirements and site documentation for potential issues then providing recommendations regarding usability, siting, and orientation of homes. 

Other responsibilities will include: 

• Coordinate access and attend site visits 
• Provide recommendations for adequate location or upgrades to Services 
• Document and photograph sites 
• Support the Sales Consultant and Customer with any queries 
• Assessing neighbouring properties and producing reports 
• Site assessments to identify any items of further investigation or required permits 
• Assist with Town Planning and Council regulation queries 

What can you bring? 

You will be passionate about furthering your career in the building industry and will have a proven ability in residential home design, construction, or planning.  

Your resume will display: 

• Tertiary building and construction qualifications 
• A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications 
• An excellent understanding of residential construction methods and residential codes 
• Experience in partnering with customers and your colleagues
