About the Role

We are seeking a Roofing Construction Manager to oversee and lead the roofing construction process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, compliance standards, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, coach, and empower Construction teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to foster high-performance teams.
• Lead safety initiatives and compliance with regulations to create a secure work environment.
• Forecast and achieve completion targets, manage service expenditures, and evaluate departmental efficiencies.
• Develop and communicate strategic objectives and initiatives effectively.
• Build strong collaborations across departments, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Drive excellence in roofing construction processes to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Innovate and lead trials of new roofing products and construction methods.
• Champion compliance and safety leadership with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate extensively with ABN Group Building Managers to achieve shared goals.
