What's On Offer?

This is an opportunity for a Procurement & Supply Chain Analyst to join ABN group on an 18 month contract or as a secondee for internal applicants.

You will play a key role in supporting the business through the management of supplier relationships, data insights, and performance reporting. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to drive operational excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality procurement solutions. This role is crucial in managing supplier performance and ensuring the effective execution of procurement strategies.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for –

  • Developing and maintaining data insights, dashboards, and reports to track key procurement and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Supporting the execution of procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analysing and reporting on onsite performance, focusing on speed, efficiency, quality, safety, and service.
  • Contributing to category management plans and work closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing supplier agreements and schedules, ensuring alignment with business needs and expectations.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver improvement projects and monitor progress.
  • Providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and support performance improvement activities.

What You’ll Bring

You’re an analytical professional with a proven track record in procurement, supply chain management, and data analysis. Your ability to manage complex projects and develop actionable insights is key to driving continuous improvement in our operations. You’ll have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring alignment with both internal teams and external suppliers. Your proficiency in Microsoft Excel and your passion for optimising procurement processes will be essential to your success in this role. You must have an estimating background in residential construction, ideally in volume building.
