With continued growth and development, we are looking for an experienced, well-rounded person to join our energetic team.

The Role

As a Factory Hand, you will demonstrate a passion for the industry, be a high achiever, and represent the business with a can-do attitude. This role focuses on assisting with stone inventory, supporting production, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations. If you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and thrive in a team environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with managing stone and consumables inventory.
• Pick, pack, and organize stone slabs for production.
• Load/unload installers and arrange frames for collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area.
• Operate forklifts for material handling.
• Fix timber battens to 40mm benchtops using various tools and glues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically fit and safety-focused.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
