The Role

We are seeking a motivated Construction Coordinator to oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely and within budget. As the central point of contact for Site Managers, Roofing Supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, you’ll keep projects running smoothly while balancing customer needs and changing site conditions.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate trades, labour and materials across multiple roofing projects, from job award through to completion.

• Manage schedules, call-ups, inspections and ABN software updates to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve site issues, delays or material shortages quickly.

• Oversee site measures, quality checks and compliance to maintain high safety and workmanship standards.

• Contribute to operational improvements, reduced service tasks and positive customer experience results.
