The Role

As the Workflow Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the Workflow Team Leader to achieve a consistent delivery of the business monthly starts targets.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Weekly coordination of job and task tracking across the Operations department
  • Ensure jobs are progressing efficiently through preconstruction
  • Review preconstruction reports and execute monthly job starts targets
  • Monitor client variations and provide feedback for areas of improvement to team members
  • Ensure the completion of Drafting and Estimating checks
  • Provide support to other members within the Operations team and with other areas of the business as required

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess the following:

  • Administrative experience in the WA residential building industry
  • Strong administration skills – with a strong attention to detail
  • Relentless focus (action oriented) working in a fast-paced administrative capacity
  • Superior time management, organisational skills and attention to detail  
  • A fun and positive attitude, with a strong curiosity to learn and a one-team mindset  
  • Ability to conduct and interpret business reports
