What You Will Be Working On  

As Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across ABN Group, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Partnering closely with leaders, you’ll identify talent needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and attract high-calibre candidates who align with our business goals.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle for your portfolio, from sourcing and screening through to offer management
  • Provide leadership, guidance and coaching to a small TA team, building capability and driving performance
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience
  • Support hiring managers through training on recruitment processes, interviewing techniques and system use
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen employer branding and market positioning
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and third-party vendors to optimise talent pipelines
  • Analyse recruitment metrics and ATS data to identify trends, inform decisions and improve effectiveness

You’re passionate about creating a great candidate experience and skilled at building trusted relationships across all levels of the business.

You’ll bring: 

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in an internal environment, across a diverse range of roles
  • Strong capability in coaching and guiding stakeholders on best-practice recruitment and interview
  • Experience leading and mentoring Talent Acquisition professionals to drive support and performance
  • The ability to interpret and use recruitment data to drive process improvements and better outcomes
  • Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, organised and results-driven approach with a focus on quality and delivery
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with external recruitment agencies
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
