What You Will Be Working On
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the heart of product development, playing a vital role from concept through to launch. Your work will directly influence how our products are designed, positioned and received in the market.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with teams including New Product, Design, Sales, Operations and Construction to develop and enhance new products
- Lead market research efforts for each brand to uncover customer needs, segment insights and emerging trends
- Drive initiatives across product development, compliance, and marketing execution, ensuring every product meets customer expectations and brand standards
- Analyse product performance and competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvements
Who Will Be Successful
You’re an experienced Marketing professional who is well versed across marketing operations, campaign management and execution. Your exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders across marketing and the wider business will see you succeed in this role.
You will have also demonstrated the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing improvement initiatives and efficiencies across marketing processes
- Exceptional understanding of brand positioning and marketing principles
- Project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with franchisees
- Analytical expertise to drive data-driven decisions and a change mindset to challenge the status quo
- Experience in residential construction is desirable, but not essential
