As the Operations Manager for our Greenfields Operations team, you’ll play a critical role in driving accountability, fostering empowerment, and cultivating a strong sense of fellowship among your team. Leading a dynamic group of high-performing team members, you’ll oversee a pipeline value of over $300m, contributing to 65% of jobs sent to site annually.
