What’s on offer?

Working five days a week, including both Saturday and Sunday, in a busy display village in Wollert, you'll have access to a high volume of leads, providing excellent opportunities to convert enquiries into sales. With uncapped earning potential, you'll build integral relationships and help deliver the dream of home ownership through consistent, excellent customer service. Leads will be provided through company marketing strategies, and you’ll be expected to follow up on these and convert them into new home sale contracts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating referral sales from existing customers and your own network
  • Updating and maintaining sales data
  • Continuously learning about new products and land availability
  • Producing home & land packages
  • Effectively managing customer relations through to the completion of each home

 

What can you bring?

We’re open to candidates from retail and automotive sales backgrounds and looking for a self-starter with a passion for providing genuine customer satisfaction.

You will also possess:

  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills to meet customers’ needs
  • A drive to exceed targets and a hunger for success
