What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Coordinator, this role isn’t just about posting—it’s about storytelling. You’ll:

• Own the direction, strategy and execution of two trail-blazing consumer facing social media channel (@boutiquehomesvictoria & @homebuyerscentrevic).  
• Create beautiful, engaging content (photo, video, reels) that brings our brands to life.
• Get behind the camera to capture authentic stories from across the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and influence teams to share their stories.
• Spot trends, plan fresh ideas, and keep our social channels buzzing.
• Tell the story behind the numbers—report on performance and share insights.
• Plus, manage community engagement, coordinate agencies, and keep campaigns running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong creative skills—you know how to make content look amazing.
• Experience creating social content (agency, freelance, or side hustle welcome).
• Confident behind the camera and skilled in photo/video editing.
• Ability to build relationships and influence others.
• Analytical mindset—you can turn data into actionable insights.
• Organised, proactive, and ready to take initiative.
• Bonus points for experience with TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or automation tools.
