The Role

Join our industry-leading Marketing team of 20 in Victoria and help shape the online presence of Boutique Homes, Homebuyers Centre, and more.

Reporting to our Digital Marketing Manager, here's what you'll do in the role -

• Coordinate and manage our social content calendar (feeds, stories, reels)
• Create, edit, and post engaging content—think photography, video, and more
• Work with brand teams to bring campaigns to life across all our digital channels
• Spot trends, plan new content, and help grow our audience
• Keep our community engaged and manage conversations across social platforms
• Empower internal teams to the power of our media channels
• Support digital campaigns and make sure everything runs smoothly (and on time!)
• Track performance, report on results, and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with media and creative agencies, and internal teams

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what will help you thrive in this role:

• Social content creation experience (uni, freelance, or side hustle welcome)
• An eye for beautiful, fit for purpose social content
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative
• Skilled with Meltwater or other scheduling tools (e.g. Sprout, HubSpot)
• Analytical and data driven
• Problem solving and solutions-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and organised
• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Digital Comms, Business, or similar
• Photo/video editing skills
• Driver’s licence
• Bonus: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, automation or analytics tool
