As a People Coordinator, you’ll play an integral part in delivering seamless HR services that support our team members throughout their employment journey. This hands-on role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing essential processes, ensuring smooth employment transitions, and enhancing team member experiences.

Your success will come from your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the People inbox, ensuring team member queries are resolved efficiently
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to provide a professional experience
  • Coordinate employment changes and liaising with external providers on contracts
  • Support leaders in probation reviews with timely follow-up
  • Maintain accurate team member records and preparing HR metrics
  • Assist with data reporting on engagement surveys, HR metrics, and employee assistance

You’ll enjoy a diverse workload and join a collaborative team that values proactive problem-solving and employee-first approaches.

 

What you'll bring

With a solid foundation in HR administration and a passion for process improvement, you bring strong organisational skills and attention to detail to this dynamic role.

You’ll also bring:

  • A sound understanding of the industrial landscape and Fair Work Act
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in data reporting and HR systems (Chris21 experience is a plus)
  • A customer-focused attitude and a positive, team-oriented mindset
