Tasks & Responsibilities

• Assess and prepare surfaces for cement rendering and hard wall plastering to ensure optimal adhesion and finish
• Mix and apply cement render, hard wall plaster, and acrylic render products in line with manufacturer specifications
• Apply both substrate and finishing coats to achieve high-quality, durable results
• Interpret and implement product technical data and specifications accurately
• Read and work from plans and drawings to ensure precise application
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and industry best practices
• Maintain strict adherence to workplace health and safety requirements at all times

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in hardwall plastering
• Strong understanding of current building practices and standards
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Confident working from plans and specifications
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused with a proactive approach to maintaining site standards
