What's on offer?

As an Executive Assistant (EA) you will provide executive level support for two General Managers who head up our Retail and Marketing teams. You will work in partnership with the General Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day coordination of their teams. You will be entrusted with sensitive business information to produce management reports and manage emails. 

This role will be located in our Docklands office (with an allocated car park), which is easily accessed from Melbourne's freeways.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Diary, mail, travel, and email management
  • Coordinate and action meetings; agenda, presentations and minutes
  • Prepare company wide communication
  • Reporting and processing expenses
  • Event management; social club, training, and functions
  • Financial budgets and reporting
  • Personal Assistance

What can you bring?

Your initiative, support and personable approach to working with senior leaders coupled with your eye for detail and resourcefulness in making things happen.

Ideally you will be passionate about the property and construction industry and will have experienced being part of a large organisation.
