What’s On Offer?
As the FP&A Business Partner for our Technology division, you’ll work closely with the Chief Information Officer to deliver strategic financial insights, drive target-setting initiatives, and identify opportunities to optimise resource allocation and improve profitability — particularly in the context of our ongoing finance transformation.
Key responsibilities:
Target Setting - lead the development of financial targets and business cases, identifying value opportunities and driving stakeholder alignment.
Budgeting/forecasting - drive budgeting and forecasting using digital tools and scenario modelling to support agile, data-informed decision-making.
Commercial Analysis - provide actionable insights through financial analytics and scenario planning to assess profitability and support strategic decisions.
Capital Planning & Management - evaluate and justify capital investments, develop business cases with BU leaders, and communicate funding needs to Group Finance.
Performance Reporting - deliver accurate reporting and financial modelling, ensuring data integrity and driving performance-focused decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience as a Finance Business Partner. You will be an expert in financial processes, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have -
Experience in business partnering, financial planning and commercial analysis skills, including the preparation of business cases and financial models
A strong understanding of key financial metrics and business drivers which impact profitability
Proven ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives tailored for non-financial stakeholders, enabling informed and confident decision-making
Skilled in building strong, collaborative stakeholder relationships, while confidently challenging assumptions and providing constructive pushback to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
