The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Display & New Product Coordinator to join our Retail team in Leederville.

Reporting to the New Product Design Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating all pre-construction and construction activities associated with display homes, demonstration homes and specification homes across Western Australia. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, budgets are managed effectively, and stakeholder relationships remain strong.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in residential construction administration, prestart, display home coordination or project administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage approval processes including developer approvals, building licences and WAWA requirements
  • Coordinate all pre-construction and construction administration activities for display and demonstration homes
  • Prepare and manage display home addenda, variations and supporting documentation
  • Document interior design selections, samples, specifications and quotations
  • Monitor and report against display home budgets
  • Coordinate display walkthroughs, inspections and project milestones
  • Obtain and manage quotes from suppliers, contractors and landscaping providers
  • Coordinate display home maintenance, including landscaping, cleaning and repairs
  • Manage replacement of damaged or stolen display home items
  • Maintain display documentation, display coordination matrices and furniture inventories
  • Ensure compliance with display rebates and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Support the preparation and release of homes for sale, including valuation coordination
  • Record meeting minutes and provide administrative support to the construction team as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in residential construction administration, prestart, display home coordination or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of residential building, pre-construction and construction processes
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and project costs
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Ability to influence outcomes and work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work autonomously
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
