The Role

We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist to join our vibrant front-of-house team in a full-time, permanent position. If you’re well-presented, have a professional phone manner, and love helping people, this could be the perfect fit.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and support
• Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing incoming calls with efficiency and friendliness
• Handling general admin tasks and maintaining reception area
• Ordering supplies and updating registers
• Liaising with customers, staff, and suppliers
• Supporting the Office Manager with various admin duties

What We’re Looking For

• Previous Reception or Administration experience
• Friendly, well-presented, and confident communicator
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with strong verbal and written skills
• Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
