What's on offer? 

As a Customer Experience Associates you will be responsible for admin and customer support to ensure we provide an awesome customer journey in the prebuild phase of homes. You will make frequent outbound calls that support our customer service delivery, taking a proactive approach to customer contact.  

You will be provided with training, development, and an opportunity to own your career from a Customer Experience Associate to Coordinator and beyond! 

The role involves: 

  • Customer enquiries (emails and phone), handled in a timely manner 
  • Proactive calls to customers 
  • Updating and logging customer file notes 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement 
  • Support for the Customer Experience Coordinators with admin
