What You Will Be Working On
As a Customer Experience Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers and internal stakeholders throughout the pre-construction and construction journey. Working closely with the Customer Experience and Workflow teams, you'll help ensure a seamless building experience while maintaining high levels of communication, accuracy, and service excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring responses are delivered promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and file notes to support transparency and quality customer outcomes.
- Providing regular updates to customers throughout their build journey.
- Supporting construction administration activities, including variations, addenda processing, key handover packs, and maintenance of construction files.
- Coordinating workflows across Operations teams to help ensure jobs progress efficiently through pre-construction and construction milestones.
- Assisting with land title tracking, compliance checks, ordering surveys and reports, and monitoring project progress against key targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, site teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
