About The Role

We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our Technology team in Melbourne.

As ABN Group continues to evolve, you'll lead the people side of change across key technology and business transformation initiatives. Working closely with leaders, project teams and stakeholders, you'll drive adoption, build capability and help deliver lasting business outcomes.

We're looking for a proactive self-starter who enjoys working with autonomy, influencing stakeholders and making things happen.

This is a two year fixed term contract.

You'll:

Lead change management activities across strategic technology and business initiatives
Develop change strategies, impact assessments and readiness plans
Facilitate workshops, engagement sessions and stakeholder forums
Partner with project teams and business leaders to drive successful adoption of change
Use data and insights to measure adoption and embed sustainable behavioural change
Coach leaders and teams to build change capability across the business
Build strong relationships across the organisation to support strategic priorities

About You

You're an experienced Change Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking ownership. You build credibility quickly, navigate ambiguity and know how to bring people on the journey through change. You're a natural relationship builder who can influence stakeholders at all levels and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

A background in project management, learning, communications or human resources, along with formal change management or project management qualifications, will be highly regarded.

You'll bring:

A track record of leading organisational change across technology and/or business transformation initiatives
Strong change management expertise and knowledge of industry best practices
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
The ability to develop and deliver change strategies, engagement activities and adoption plans
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously and navigate complexity
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
