Tasks & Responsibilities

• Complete residential carpentry works including framing, roofing, fit-out, and general carpentry tasks
• Accurately interpret and work from plans and specifications
• Measure, set out, cut, and install materials with precision
• Plan work effectively to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain safe, clean, and organised worksites at all times
• Work independently or collaboratively to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
• Adhere to workplace health and safety requirements
• Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards and industry best practices

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate III in Carpentry
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in residential carpentry
• Strong understanding of current building practices and standards
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Confident working from plans and specifications
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused with a proactive approach to maintaining site standards
